How long do I have access to the program?

The program will run for 12 months and during that time you will have access to all the materials, tools and support

I’m not based in the UK is this a problem?

Unfortunately, this program and the training is around the UK and Wales only but if your looking to invest in the UK then this is a great place to start.

Can I pay in installments?

Of course, Emma appreciates that to make money you need to learn the skills so you can pay over 12 months. It is cheaper to pay the full amount upfront if you can.

I don’t have the money at the moment, but is there a way I can work with you?

Emma understands just how tough it is out there in the UK at the moment, especially with the cost of living crisis. There are a number of ways you can still be involved, you could buy Emma’s book “The Simple Guide To Property Investing” and you can join the FPX membership group

Is this suitable for me if I have never done anything in property?

Yes, this programme is ideal for you. It will teach you everything you need to know in a way that is simple to understand, but you will also have Emma's and your other property entrepreneurs' support.

If you have already mastered one property strategy and have expertise, you can join our community to broaden your knowledge and depth of understanding in order to build a more diverse property portfolio.

How much money can I realistically make?

Honestly? Everything comes down to you and how committed you are. Most people can make enough money to quit their job in the first 18 months, and how much money you can earn depends on what strategy you choose. For example, if you are interested in property development, you could potentially earn £100,000 in your first year. If you're looking for a good monthly return, I'd think £5k - £10k a month is an excellent starting point but it takes time, you won't earn this over night.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you join and need to cancel during the first 7 days, you will receive a refund less any costs we have spent, which are typically around £100. Our cancellation policy can be found in our terms of business.

'What if I can't do the live Q & A times

All live Q & A's and Hotseat sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the portal for you to review at your leisure, but it's important to attend these sessions so you can get the most from the training.
